This is the plain-English version of how Tailored Greens Landscaping handles your information. No tricks, and no fine print doing the heavy lifting.

What we collect

When you request a quote, we collect what you type in or choose on the form:

  • your name, phone number and email address
  • your property address and ZIP code
  • whether the property is residential or commercial, and a company or property name if you give one
  • the services you're interested in, how often, and how you'd like us to contact you
  • anything you write in the notes box
  • whether you ticked the optional box for lawn care tips

Our server also records your IP address and your browser's technical identifier (the "user agent") when you submit the form. Every website receives this information; we keep it to prevent abuse of the form. If you arrived through a link that carries campaign tags (for example from an ad or a newsletter), we note those tags and the page you came from so we know how people find us.

Why we collect it

To respond to your request, prepare your quote, look after your property and run the business. That's the whole list. If you asked us to call, text or email you, we use the details you gave us to do exactly that. When you submit the form we may send you one email confirming we received it.

What we never do

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it or trade it, and we do not add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for. Your details go to Tailored Greens Landscaping and the service providers we need to run this website (such as our hosting and email delivery), and nowhere else.

Lawn care tips (optional)

The quote form has an optional checkbox asking whether you'd like occasional lawn care tips and seasonal reminders by email. It is never ticked for you. If you leave it alone, we only use your details to answer the request you sent. If you do tick it, you can ask to come off the list at any time and it won't affect your quote or your service.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests so we have context if you come back to us. If you'd like your details removed sooner, just ask (see below).

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. Our fonts are served by Google Fonts, which, like any web server, receives your IP address when your browser downloads them.
